We offer six lines of work; each can be contracted on its own or all together. Our process automation quotations cover the entire electrical infrastructure, including earthing, site lighting, and CCTV and fire detection cabling. The client deals with a single point of contact.
Process automation
The control system we install measures the values in the field, makes decisions, protects the plant and records everything it does:
- Measures: Monitors level, flow, pressure, temperature and energy values continuously and simultaneously.
- Decides: Runs pumps and units according to the current load, using PID loops and sequencing logic.
- Protects: Stops the relevant equipment in the event of overload, overflow or dry running, and alerts the operator before damage occurs.
- Balances: Brings pumps into service in rotation according to running hours (even wear); reduces energy consumption and mechanical wear by means of drives.
- Records: Stores every intervention and event with a time stamp; generates trends, reports and alarms.
- Recovers: Brings the process to a safe stop when power is lost; when power returns, it resumes where it left off without waiting for the operator.

Panel building and AC drive applications
Design, manufacture, routine testing and documentation in all IEC 61439 forms from 2A to 4B, at our Kartal workshop. We work with Siemens, Schneider and ABB switchgear; Phoenix Contact and Klemsan terminal blocks; Prysmian and Nexans cables; and Danfoss, SINAMICS, ABB, WEG and SEW drives.
