Pik Otomasyon began operating in 2017, building on 10 years of field and engineering experience. Founded as a sole proprietorship, the business became a limited company as its project volume grew; its head office is in Kartal, Istanbul. With a team of engineers, technicians and skilled tradespeople, it delivers turnkey solutions in electrical works, industrial automation, process control, electromechanics and mechatronics, in Turkey and abroad.
Our aim is to analyse the needs of a plant from start to finish, from site feasibility to control system design and from commissioning through to operation, and to build an efficient, economical and flexible solution tailored to each process.
The people who draw the project, write the software and connect the cables on site are the same team; when we take on a job, we say at the outset which part we cannot do. To date we have delivered to 9 countries. Completed projects, with their clients and scope, are on the References page.

How a turnkey project progresses

1SurveyThe site is visited; the current state and the requirements are put in writing.

2Design and quotationCalculations, bill of materials and work schedule are prepared before the quotation.

3Manufacturing and softwareThe panel is built in the workshop and the software is tested together with the panel.

4Site electrical installationCabling, instrument connections and panel positioning.

5Commissioning and handoverAcceptance with tests, operator training and documentation.
